摘要 通过一定的工艺将二氧化硅气凝胶分散到改性的硅溶胶当中,并添加轻质隔热骨料和功能型填料制备出具有纳米尺寸的绝热保温涂料。该文通过研究不同二氧化硅气凝胶添加量对涂料隔热性能的影响,并对制得的涂料进行一系列的性能测试。实验结果表明,此纳米绝热保温涂料具有耐高温、低导热系数、隔热性能优异等特点。 The insulation coating with nano-size can be prepared by dispersing silica aerogel into the modified silica sol via certain method,with the lightweight insulation aggregate and the functional filler added at the same time.This article studied the influence of different adding amounts of the silica aerogel on the insulation performance,and carried out a series of performance tests on such coating.The test results showed that the nano insulation coating has the following features such as high-temperature resistance,low thermal conductivity,and excellent insulation performance.
