摘要
近年来,随着我国民众环保意识的不断加强,以及环保法等相关法律法规的相继出台,项目环评的重要性逐渐提升,也逐渐成为有关方面对新建项目行使一票否决权利的重要依据。本文简单介绍了环境影响评价工作中存在的相关问题,为实践提供理论参考。
In recent years, along with our country people's increasing awareness of environmental protection、environmental laws and other related laws, the importance of EIA is gradually enhance, has gradually become the important basis for the exercise of veto rights for new projects. This paper briefly introduces the relevant problems existing in the environmental impact assessment, and provides theoretical reference for practice.
