护生对床边小班化教学的质性体验

摘要 目的了解护生对床边小班化教学的真实体验,为临床护理学教学改革提供参考依据。方法采用质性研究中现象学研究方法,对15名床边小班化教学护生进行面对面、半结构访谈,利用Colaizzi分析法对收集的资料进行分析,提炼主题。结果归纳出理论知识得以巩固、临床思维能力提高、与患者沟通能力加强、实践能力得到提高、促进了专业认同感5个主题。结论床边小班化教学能提高护生综合素质。 Objective To study the nursing students' real experience on bedside small class instruction to provide reference for clinical nursing teaching reform.Method 15 nursing students of small class receive face-to-face semi-structured interview by phenomenological research method of qualitative research.Analyze the information by Colaizzi analysis method and abstract the themes.Result 5 themes of enhanced theoretical knowledge,improved clinical ability of thinking,better communication with patients,improved practical ability and better professional identity are abstracted.Conclusion Bedside small class instruction can improve nursing students' comprehensive quality.
