摘要
目的对比经腹、经阴道及腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术适应证的选择、手术优缺点、临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2013年12月—2016年11月共50例经腹、25例经阴道、35例腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术患者的临床资料,对比3组术中、术后情况。结果经腹组手术时间最短;腹腔镜组手术时间最长,术中出血相对较多;经阴道组和腹腔镜组术后排气时间、下床活动时间明显提前,住院时间明显缩短。结论三种手术方式各有利弊,在基层医院不能完全互相代替,为互补关系,子宫肌瘤切除方式的选择需根据肌瘤大小、位置、数量等综合考虑,以选择较合理的个体化的手术方式。
Objective To analyze the indications,advantages and disadvantages,clinical effieacies of different operation methods of hysteromyomectomy.Methods The clinical data were retrospectively examined in 50 cases abdominal myomectomy,25 cases transvaginal myomectomy,35 cases laparoscopy myomectomy in the hospital from December 2013 to November 2016,and patients＇ general state during theoperation and after the operation was compared.Results The operation time in abdominal group were significantly lower than other groups.The operation time and the amount of blood loss during operation in laparoscopy group were markedly higher than other groups.the transvaginal group and the laparoscopy group had early of postoperative exhaust time-bed activities and shortened hospital stay than abdominal group.Conclusion The three different operation methods of hysteromyomectomy have advantages and disadvantages,one operation method can＇t replace another completely.The selection of surgical procedure of hysteromyomectomy should be considered multiply various factors.
