摘要
海岸带资源丰富,区位优势明显,是世界经济发展的重点区域。随着生产力的高速发展,海岸带生态环境遭到人类活动的严重破坏,对其产生了不可逆的影响。结合中国-东盟海洋渔业、海洋油气、滨海旅游资源开发现状,揭示出海岸带发展中存在资源高强度开发、海洋生态环境受人类影响大、海洋综合管理相对落后等问题,提出海岸带可持续发展的五大路径选择,最后提出七大海岸带可持续发展对策,化解经济、资源与环境之间的矛盾,实现中国东盟海岸带资源的可持续利用与管理。
Coastal zone,rich in resources,with location advantages obvious,is the focus of world economic development area.With the rapid development of productive forces,the coastal ecological environment has been severely damaged by human activities which have an irreversible impact.Combined with China-ASEAN marine fishery,marine oil and gas,coastal tourism resources development status,issues are revealed about the development of coastal zone resources with high intensity development,marine ecological environment impacted on by human,relatively backward marine integrated management,and so forth.Five sustainable coastal development options are offered,and the countermeasures of sustainable development of the seven coastal zones are finally put forward to resolve the contradiction between economy,resources and environment,which will realize the sustainable utilization and management of China-ASEAN coastal resources.
