摘要
为解决小麦收购过程中因检测设备造成的水分检测误差,以及人为因素影响水分检测结果的真实性,实现检测数据可查询与追溯,提高检测效率,降低劳动强度,在小麦收购中对入库所扦样品分别使用钳式水分测试仪、电脑式水分测试仪以及近红外谷物分析仪进行水分检测对比试验,结果表明,应用近红外谷物分析仪检测小麦入库水分,简便、快捷、准确,不受人为因素干扰,便于对检测结果真实性的督查,并能够有效提高入库进度。
To resolve the moisture detection error caused by detection equipment in the wheat purchasing process,and the accuracy of moisture affected by man-made factors,we carried out a comparison test of moisture content for the storage samples using clamp rod moisture tester,computer type moisture test instrument and near infrared grain analyzer,respectively,hoped to realize the detection data query and traceability,improve the detection efficiency and reduce the labor intensity.The results showed that the application of near infrared grain analyzer in the detection of moisture content of wheat had the advantages of simple,fast,accurate,without the interference of human factors,and the inspection results easy to be monitored,which could effectively improve the storage process.
