摘要
采用现行规范推荐法、Superpave法、主骨料空隙填充(CAVF)法和SAC法确定了6种级配,通过对不同级配的表面层沥青混合料路用性能的比较,分析了路用性能与级配的相关性。研究表明:公称最大粒径大的沥青混合料能获得较高的动稳定度和较大的抗剪强度;对于提高沥青混合料的低温性能,级配所发挥的作用非常有限。对于如何提高沥青混合料的低温抗裂性,还需从材料方面考虑(如沥青种类、掺加改性剂等);在设计空隙率范围内,沥青混合料的抗水损害的能力与级配相关性不大,主要与集料和沥青本身的物理化学性质有关。
In this paper, six kinds of gradations were determined by the methods of current codes, Superpave method, CAYF method and SAC method. By comparing the road performance of the asphalt mixtures with different gradations,the correlation between road performance andresults show that asphalt mixture with high maximum nominal grain size obtand shear strength. The effect of gradation on improving the low temperature properties of asphalt mixtureis very limited. The anti-cracking ability of the asphalt mixture should be improved from asphalt varietiesand modlifiers. In the range of design- porosity, the ability of the asphalt mixture to is not closely related to the gradation, and it s mainly determined by the of the aggregate and asphalt.
