摘要
经济发展进入新常态以来,河南以五大发展理念为指引,以供给侧结构性改革和创新驱动为动力,促进经济结构转型升级,经济发展并取得了巨大成就。但也面临诸多现实困境,如经济结构不优、城镇化发展滞后、基础设施供给不足、开放型经济层次和水平不高等。新常态下,河南应充分利用既有资源和优势,打好优化结构、创新驱动、基础能力建设和新型城镇化建设"四张牌",深入推进供给侧结构性改革,不断提升实体经济能力,构建更高层次的开放型经济新格局等,促进河南经济转型升级。
In the new economic norm, Henan to the five major development concept as a guide for the power supply side to structural reform and innovation driven,promote the transformation and upgrading of economic structure, economic develop-ment and made great achievements. But it also faces many practical difficulties,such as the economic structure is not good, the urbanization development lags behind, insufficient supply of infrastructure. Henan should make full use of existing re-sources and advantages, play well and optimize the structure, innovation driven, infrastructure construction and the con-struction of new urbanization ＂four cards＂, to further promote the supply side structural reform, and constantly improve the capacity of the real economy,the construction of an open economy new pattern of higher level,to promote the economy of Henan the transformation and upgrading.
