摘要 利用微波技术具有操作简便、清洁、高效、安全及靶向性等特性,分别采用微波辅助合成和常规水浴法,以甲基烯基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)为单体合成梳状聚羧酸减水剂。通过实验,研究了微波加热对减水剂表征及性能的影响,结果表明,微波辅助合成的方法有效提高了聚合反应的转化率,可更好地控制反应进程,并对新拌浆体絮凝结构拥有更好的吸附-分散性能。 Microwave technology has the characteristics of cleanliness, high-efficiency, safety and targeting and so on. The polycarboxylic ether superplasticizer was synthesized through two different methods including microwave-assisted and conventional water-bath synthesis, with methylenepolyoxyethylene ether( TPEG) and acrylic acid( AA) as monomers. The influence of microwave heating on the characterization and properties of superplasticezers were studied. The results show that the microwave-assisted synthesis method can effectively improve the conversion rate of the polymerization reaction,and could control the reaction process better. In addition,it has better adsorption-dispersion performance on the fresh slurry flocculation structure.
