摘要
本文以江西省某化工厂铬渣污染土壤修复工程为研究对象,结合实际案例探讨污染土壤修复工程中环境监理的人员职责、工作程序、依据、内容、制度和方式等因素,实现土壤修复工程质量、进度的全方位控制;重点阐述了在整个工程过程中环境监理质量控制的内容和工作的特色,以保证污染土壤修复工程达到预期的效果和治理目标;对我国的污染土壤修复工程环境监理工作进行了思考,提出了相应的建议,为我国土壤污染修复工程环境监理的理论研究和其它土壤修复项目提供案例参考。
This paper referred to chromium slag contaminated soil remediation project of a chemical plant in Jiangxi,exploring environmental supervision staff responsibilities,work program,basis,systems and methods and other factors in contaminated soil remediation project,to achieve quality and schedule comprehensive control in soil remediation project; focuses on the characteristics of environment supervision and quality control in the course of the entire project,to ensure that contaminated soil remediation project to achieve the desired results and governance objectives; putting forward some thoughts on China＇s environment supervision in contaminated soil remediation projects and some corresponding proposals,to provide a reference on theoretical case study for environmental supervision in soil pollution restoration project and other soil remediation project in China.
