摘要
通过某利用铜阳极泥回收金银企业的原料、生产工艺的介绍,定量地分析了废气、固体废物、废水的产生量,提出了减缓环境影响的措施。铜阳极泥焙烧过程产生的主要大气污染物包括烟尘、SO2、Pb、硫酸雾,通过两级鼓泡水循环吸收+水喷射吸收+两碱液喷淋处理装置处理,既可回收利用粗硒,又使废气中各类污染物达标排放;生产过程产生的各种废水经处理后全部回用于铜火法冶炼渣水淬工序,实现废水零排放;各设备噪声采取相应减震、减噪措施,厂界噪声可达标排放;固体废物可综合利用。
By means of introduction on the raw materials and the production process of gold and silver recovery from copper anode mud,the production of waste gas,waste water and waste residues were quantitatively analysed,and then the measures to mitigate environmental impacts were proposed. The major air pollutant which generated in the roasting of copper anode mud are smoke,SO2,Pb and sulfuric acid mist. Through two-stage drum water cycle absorption + water jet absorption +two-stage lye spray processing device treatment,not only the selenium can be recycled,but also the discharge of waste gas would be reaching the discharge standard. Moreover the various kinds of wastewater in the process could be all returned to the process for water quenching process from Keywords copper fire thereby. All the equipment adopted corresponding shock-absorbing and noise controlling measures,and then the plant boundary noise would be reaching discharge standards after treatment. Solid wastes could be utilized in a comprehensive way.
