阿奇霉素联合炎琥宁雾化吸入治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床观察 被引量:4

Clinical observation of azithromycin combined with potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinatein inhalation in the treatment of mycoplasmal pneumonia in children

摘要 目的探讨阿奇霉素联合炎琥宁雾化吸入治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取子长县人民医院2014-07~2016-12收治支原体肺炎患儿99例,所有患儿的临床症状及体征符合支原体肺炎诊断标准。双盲法随机分为观察组50例,对照组49例。观察组使用阿奇霉素注射液联合炎琥宁雾化吸入治疗,对照组使用阿奇霉素注射液联合阿奇霉素颗粒进行治疗。比较治疗前后的临床疗效及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),临床指标消失时间显著小于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素联合炎琥宁雾化吸入治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效较好,不良反应少,复发率低。 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of inhalation of Azithromycin and potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinatein treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods 99 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia were selected in our hospital from July 2014 to December 2016. The clinical symptoms and signs of all children met the diagnostic criteria of mycoplasma pneumonia. All cases were randomly divided into observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 49). The treatment group use azithromycin and potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate ininhalation,and the control group were treated with azithromycin union azithromycin. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0. 05),and the disappearing time of the clinical indicators was significantly smaller than that of the control group (P〈0. 05),and the adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than that of the control group (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Aerosol inhalation of azithromycin and potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinatein treat children with mycoplasma pneumonia significantly showed better curative effect,less adverse reaction and lower recurrence rate.
