摘要
本试验旨在探索山羊痘疫苗对初免和二次免疫后的抗体时效性,从而起到预防羊痘的作用。试验组分A、B两组,A组试验羊随机挑选30只未进行过羊痘疫苗免疫的羔羊,B组随机挑选30只免疫整一年成年羊。试验选用哈尔滨维科生物技术开发公司生产的山羊痘活疫苗。A组于集中免疫后5、10、15、30、60、300、330和360 d采集血清,B组于免疫前和免疫后5、10、15、30、60、300、330和360 d采集血清,通过琼脂免疫扩散法检测群体抗体合格率。羔羊初次免疫后5~10 d逐渐出现抗体,至30 d阳性率由3.33%上升至100%,30~270 d为抗体稳定期,阳性率保持在100%;270 d后开始下降,360 d时下降至53.33%。二次免疫后,山羊痘抗体水平很快提高,至第5天就可达到93.33%,第10天阳性率达到100%,并一直维持至免疫后第300天;300 d后开始下降,360 d时下降至70%。
To study the goat pox antibody timeliness after primary and secondary immunization,thus to protect the sheep pox vaccine. Group A was consisted of 30 lamb randomly selected without goatpox immunization. Group B was consisted of 30 adult sheep with whole year of goatpox immunization. The goat pox vaccine was from Harbin Vico Biotechnology Development Company.Sera samples were collected in group A on 5,10,15,30,60,300,330 and 360 days post immunization,and group B before immunization and 5,10,15,30,60,300,330 and 360 days post immunization serum,then the antibody qualified rates was tested by the method of agar immunodiffusion. Antibody was detected in lamb serum on 5 ~10 days after primary immunization,then the antibody positive rate was developed from 3.33% to 100% after 30 days,stood at 100% on 30~270 days,began to decline after 270 days,and fell to 53.33% after 360 days. After secondary immunization,the antibody positive rate was developed to93.33% on 5 days post immunization,100% on 10~300 days and began to decline at 70% on 360 days post immunization.
