超薄层稠油油藏吞吐后转蒸汽驱技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对常规稠油油藏开采单井产能低下、吞吐转汽驱后汽窜严重问题,采用CMG油藏数值模拟分析方法,在综合考虑油藏地质参数及转蒸汽驱条件研究的基础上,对转驱最佳时机、蒸汽驱注采参数优化等问题进行优选研究,经研究结果表明:临界纯总比大约为0.5、原油黏度在40 000 m Pa·s、含油饱和度临界值为0.45时为最佳转汽驱时机。单井排液能力达到40 t/d、井底蒸汽干度为0.6、注汽速度在80 t/d以上为最优的汽驱参数,该项研究对大幅度提高油藏的采收率意义重大。 There exist problems of conventional heavy oil reservoir exploitation,including low productivity of single well,and steam channeling is serious after huff and puff,team transfer and flooding,CMG reservoir numerical simulation method was adopted. On the basis of comprehensive consideration of reservoir geological parameters and steam flooding conditions,the optimal timing of flooding and optimization of steam injection production parameters were optimized. The results show that: when the critical total ratio of crude is about 0. 5,the viscosity of crude oil is about 40 000 m Pa·s,and the critical value of oil saturation is 0. 45,it is the best time of steam flooding. The discharge capacity of single well reaches 40 t/d,the bottom steam dryness is 0. 6,and the injection speed is above 80 t/d,which is the optimum steam flooding parameter. The study is of great significance to the recovery of oil reservoirs.
