摘要
为规范铁路军事专用线大修绩效管理活动,促进大修项目建设质量和经费使用效益同步提升,阐述铁路军事专用线大修绩效管理基本内涵,剖析当前铁路军事专用线大修绩效评价试点现状及问题,从拓展绩效理念、明确组织管理、改善法制环境、建立反馈机制、强化信息支撑等方面提出加强绩效管理对策与建议。
After elaborating the basic connotation of overhaul performance management for military railway special line,the paper firstly analyzes the current situation and problems in overhaul performance evaluation. Then,it puts forward following suggestions on strengthening performance management to standardize performance management activities and improve the construction quality of overhaul projects and the efficiency of funds： expanding performance idea,clarifying organization management,improving legal environment,establishing feedback mechanism,and intensifying information support.
