摘要
对机床主轴的多参数优化设计的群智能算法进行研究.通过分析主轴的受力情况以及边界条件,建立了机床主轴的非线性约束优化的数学模型;同时介绍了混合蛙跳算法(Shuffled Frog Leaping Algorithm,SFLA)的基本原理,并将SFLA应用到实例计算中,得到了机床主轴结构参数的优化组合.试验结果表明,SFLA比其他常规优化算法的求解结果更可靠,充分显示了SFLA在机床主轴部件优化设计中的效益和应用价值.
The swarm intelligent algorithm of multi-parameter optimization of spindle of machine tool is studied.A nonlinear constraints mathematical model of machine tool spindle optimization design is established by analyzing the spindle's deformation under load and its size of the boundary conditions.At the same time,the basic principle of shuffled frog leaping algorithm (SFLA) is introduced,and the SFLA is used to the example of machine tool spindle 's optimization.The experimental analysis shows that the optimization combination of spindle structure parameters based on SFLA is of higher efficiency and more reliable than that on the traditional ones.It suggests the benefits and potential applications of the use of SFLA in the spindle optimization design.
