摘要
介绍了Mn、S对灰铸铁性能的影响及二者之间的平衡关系,对实际生产数据进行了分析,结果表明:(1)S对灰铸铁的组织和性能的影响较大,尤其是在感应电炉熔炼的条件下,铁液中的w(S)量控制在0.06%~0.12%,强度、硬度最好,白口倾向小,A型石墨增多,D、E型石墨减少,断面均匀性得到改善;(2)灰铸铁中的w(Mn)量不宜超过0.8%,超过一定量后会导致强度下降;(3)Mn和S在灰铸铁中不能单纯看作杂质元素,对控制铸件所需的最佳显微组织和强度、防止某些缺陷都是必需的,S和Mn需保持正确的比例关系,在灰铸铁中应满足w(Mn)=1.7w(S)+a,且a值保持在0.5%~0.6%,效果最好。
The influences of Mn,S on the properties of gray cast irons and their balanced relation were introduced. The practical productive data were analyzed and the result showed:(1)S had quite obvious effect on the structure and properties of the gray cast irons,especially under the condition of induction furnace melting,when the S content being controlled in the range of 0.06%~0.12%,the strength and hardness was of the highest,the chilling tendency was of the lowest,A-type graphite increased,D-type and E-type graphite reduced,the section uniformity was improved.(2)The Mn content of gray cast irons was not suitable to be higher than 0.8%. The content higher than some level would cause the strength decreasing.(3)Mn and S in the gray cast irons should not be seen simply as the impure elements,both they were necessary to control the best microstructure and strength needed for the castings and to prevent some defects,S and Mn should keep correct proportional relationship,and for the gray cast irons,they should satisfy w(Mn)=1.7 w(S)+a,and the value of the a should be kept in the range of 0.5%~0.6% to obtain the optimized effect.
