摘要
船舶长上建端部通常都是全船高应力集中点,在此部位采用高强度钢可以满足屈服强度要求,但很难满足疲劳寿命要求。文中针对某救援船长上建端部典型节点,结合疲劳强度谱分析直接计算方法,比较不同结构形式下的疲劳寿命,给出上建端部典型节点的优化建议。
The ends of long superstructure are usually the high stress concentration points of the ship, where the high strength steel should be used to meet the requirement of the yield strength. However, it is difficult to meet the requirement of the fatigue strength. The fatigue lives of the typical nodes of the long superstructure on a rescue ship with the different structure configuration are compared by using the direct calculation method for the fatigue strength spectral analysis. Some suggestions are given for the optimization of the typical nodes at the superstructure ends.
