含粘弹性阻尼器结构的实时混合仿真研究

摘要 为了提高速度相关型结构的混合仿真精度,该文研究了基于Matlab和PCS8000控制器系统的位移速度控制相结合的混合试验方法。PCS8000采用位移控制和速度控制相结合,通过C++编写接口软件实现Matlab和PCS8000之间的数据交换,对系统构建过程中的关键问题进行了部分说明,对混合试验系统进行试验分析,并利用该试验系统对含粘弹性阻尼器的4层框架结构在两种地震波作用下的动力响应进行研究。验证结果表明,计算软件Matlab、编写的接口软件PMI以及试验控制系统PCS8000之间具有较好的连接性能,该试验系统能够满足结构混合试验方法的要求。 In order to improve the hybrid simulation accuracy of the velocity-depended structure,the hybrid simulation system using displacement and velocity control is established based on the Matlab and the PCS8000 controller. The communication between the PCS8000 and the Matlab is realized by writing the visual C++ program,and some key problems in the process of system construction are ex-plained. The validity of the hybrid testing system is verified by experimental analysis, and the four-layered frame structure with the viscoelastic damper is tested under two types of seismic waves by using the system. It is shown that the Matlab,the PMI and the PCS8000 can work well together and the hybrid testing system has better stability and accuracy.
