摘要
目的:探讨跟骨锁定钢板内固定加自体髂骨植骨治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法:收治跟骨粉碎性骨折患者36例,均采取跟骨锁定钢板内固定联合自体髂骨植骨治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:平均愈合时间(11.63±2.11)周;并发症发生率2.8%。治疗后,跟骨交叉角、跟骨高度、跟骨宽度、跟骨结节关节角及跟骨轴长均显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:跟骨锁定钢板内固定加自体髂骨植骨治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折的临床疗效显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of calcaneal locking plate internal fixation combined with autogenous iliac bone graft in the treatment of comminuted fracture of calcaneus.Methods:36 patients with comminuted fracture of calcaneus were selected.They were treated with calcaneal locking plate internal fixation combined with autogenous iliac bone graft.We observed the treatment effects.Results:The mean healing time was(11.63±2.11) weeks.The complication rate was 2.8%.After treatment,the calcaneal crossing angle,the height of calcaneus,the width of calcaneus,the joint angle of calcaneal tuberosity and the length of axis of calcaneus were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of calcaneal locking plate internal fixation combined with autogenous iliac bone graft in the treatment of comminuted fracture of calcaneus was significant.
