摘要
针对传统可靠性分析方法难以描述系统动态变化特性的问题,提出了一种考虑维修因素的基于动态贝叶斯网络的可靠性分析方法。在构建某控制单元电源失效动态故障树的基础上,根据动态贝叶斯网络推理规则和故障树逻辑门向动态贝叶斯网络转化原理,建立控制单元可靠性分析模型。通过引入失效率和维修率参数,确定了控制单元可靠度随时间的变化规律,通过对比可以看出,未考虑维修因素时,单元可靠度急剧下降;考虑后,单元可靠度维持在一个理想水平。
The traditional reliability analysis methods are difficult to discribe dynamic change characteristics of complex system. Taking maintenance into consideration,a reliability analysis method is put forward based on dynamic Bayesian network. On the basis of establishing dynamic fault tree of power failure in a control unit,the reliability analysis model of this control unit is established according to the reasoning principle of dynamic Bayesian network and transformation rules of fault tree logic gate to dynamic Bayesian network. The comparision result shows that by introducing the parameters of failure rate and repair rate,the reliability of the control unit which changed with time is obtained. When factors of repair are not considered,the reliability of the unit decreases sharply,after considering,the reliability is maintained at an ideal level.
