摘要
针对"海洋石油301"船系泊于码头作浮舱作业,船舶在日常运营过程中发生货物压缩机房风机故障,需对风机及其附件一起吊放到甲板上进行拆解替换故障部件,由于船舶吊机距离风机较远,需寻求龙门吊架方案进行维修。对风机原理进行分析,根据风机结构重量及船上操作空间因素,制定船用龙门吊架设计方案,并对该方案进行强度校核,校核结果满足要求。
HYSY301 working as FSU moored in the dock. During the operating,the fan in the cargo compressor room broke down,the fan and its accessories need to be lifted to the deck and disassemble the fault components. Because the ship lift is far from the fan,the scheme of gantry hanger for repair is needed. The working principle of fan was analyzed. According to the fan structure weight and ship operation space factors,the marine gantry hanger design scheme was developed. The strength of the gantry hanger was assessed. The numerical results meet the corresponding requirements.
