摘要
论文首先对我国企业人力资源管理的现状进行了简单介绍,继而对互联网思维下的人力资源管理的新思维进行了阐述,最后基于我国市场经济对企业内部管理的新要求,提出了行政管理体系改革的核心和重点。
First of all, the paper briefly introduces the present situation of human resource management in our country, and then expounds the new thinking of human resource management under the internet thinking. Finally, based on the new requirements for the enterprise internal management of the market economy in our country, the paper puts forward the core and key point of the reform of administrative management system.
