摘要
改革开放以来,建筑设计单位已逐渐从事业单位全面变成企业,随着改革深入,市场上出现越来越多的民用建筑设计企业、事务所。如何通过企业制度建设来强化自身的竞争力,是建筑设计企业管理人员一直需要思考的问题。论文通过历史文献的总结,提出一些未被重视的节点,供同行参考。
Since the reform and opening to the outside world, architectural design units have gradually turned from public institution to enterprises. With the deepening of reform, more and more civil architectural design enterprises and offices have appeared on the market.How to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises through the construction of enterprise system is the problem that managers of architectural design enterprises need to think about. Through the summary of historical documents, this paper puts forward some nodes which have not been taken seriously, for reference.
