摘要
随着社会经济快速发展和对人才素质要求的提高,大学生职业生涯规划成为大学教育中不可缺少的部分。论文提出了现阶段高职院校学生职业生涯规划中存在的一些问题并提出相应的解决对策,即院校应提出全员育人,应将职业生涯规划教育与专业课相结合,培养一支专业化教师队伍等。
With the rapid development of social economy and the improvement requirement of the quality of qualified personnel, college students occupation career planning has become an indispensable part in the college education. This paper puts forward some problems in students' occupation career planning in higher vocational colleges at present and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, namely,colleges should put all people education, combine education and professional courses and cultivate a team of professional teachers.
