摘要
通过介绍一起大型汽轮发电机同期并网过程中发生的合闸时间延长及冲击电流过大异常现象,叙述了针对异常现象进行相关检查和模拟试验的过程,对并网时合闸时间延长和冲击电流过大的原因进行了分析,并提出防止同期回路合闸时间延长的措施,结合录波数据进行合闸相位角的计算,简述并网时冲击电流过大对发电机及系统的危害,说明同期并网的重要性,针对并网冲击电流大的异常事件提出了防范措施及建议。
Through introducing the abnormal occurrence of closing time extension and impulse current excess happened in the turbulator synchronizing paralleling, the paper states related checking and simulation test process for abnormal occurrence. It analyzes the reason of closing time extension and impulse current excess happened in paralleling and presentes the measures of preventing closing time extension of synchronization circuit. By combining the recording data to calculate the closing phase angle , and explaining the damage of shock current during the parallel network to generator and system, this paper illustrates the importance of synchronizing paralleling, and it points out the precautionary measure. It puts forward preventive measures and suggestions for abnormal occurrence of excessive impulse current.
