摘要
目的了解并分析临床医学本科生对脑死亡的认识情况,为确定脑死亡授课重点提供依据。方法分析河北北方学院2012级637名临床医学本科生在《病理生理学》考试中对脑死亡案例的答题情况及对脑死亡的认识。结果河北北方学院临床医学本科生能够通过该病例对脑死亡有一定的认识,其中能够正确回答脑死亡定义、判定标准以及与传统死亡区别的人数分别为278人(43.64%)、376人(59.03%)、131人(20.57%),能够回答脑死亡在器官移植、节约医疗资源、医学伦理进而推动立法的人数依次为396(62.17%)、48(7.54%)、26(4.08%)。结论病理生理教学中应加强对脑死亡与传统死亡区别、脑死亡意义相关知识的教学力度。
Objective To learn and analyze the cognitive state for brain death in undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine and provide evidence for teaching emphasis of brain death.Methods 637 undergraduates in Grade 2012 majoring in clinical medicine were enrolled in the present study.According to an investigation of answers to the question of a brain death case in the examination of pathophysiology,the cognitive state for brain death was analyzed.Results The results showed that clinical medical undergraduates in our school had a certain understanding on brain death.In brief,undergraduates who could identify the definition,decision criteria and the discrimination between brain death and traditional death correctly were 278(43.64%),376(59.03%)and 131(20.57%),respectively.Undergraduates who could identify the significance of brain death on organ transplantation,saving medical resources and medical ethics that promotes the legislation were 396(62.17%),48(7.54%)and 26(4.08%),respectively.Conclusion Teaching efforts should be made to strengthen the teaching of students' cognition of discrimination between brain death and traditional death as well as the implication of brain death in the future.
