正畸力对牙周病大鼠牙槽骨改建影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究正畸力对大鼠炎性牙周组织牙槽骨改建的影响。方法健康雄性Wistar大鼠30只,随机分成两组(n=15),A组(正常组)和B组(牙周炎组),大鼠双侧上颌第一磨牙分别施加50 g力值,分别在加力后的第1、3、7、14、21天随机处死大鼠,测量双侧上颌第一磨牙移动的距离,取实验牙牙周组织联合切片,HE染色法观察牙周组织变化。结果 B组牙齿移动距离大于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HE染色显示,A组牙周组织改建活跃,张力侧可见新生的成骨细胞,B组牙槽骨表面骨吸收,陷窝密集,内含大量破骨细胞,张力侧牙根表面可见新生的成牙骨质细胞。结论牙周病正畸治疗未加重牙槽骨破坏。 Objective To explore the effect of orthodontic force on the rebuilding of periodontitis tissue of parodontopathy rats. Methods Thirty Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group A( control group) and experimental group B,15 cases in each group. Orthodontic force( 50 g) was loaded on the bilateral maxillary first molar and the orthodontic tooth. The rats were executed after adding the forces for 1,3,7,14,21 d respectively. Then the movement distances of orthodontic tooth were recorded. The change of periodontal ligament, alveolar bone,osteoclasts of bilateral maxiallary first molars by HE stain were observed. Results The speed of orthodontic tooth movement of group B was faster than group A,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). HE staining showed that there was active remodeling of periodontal tissue with occurrence of new osteoblasts in the tension side in group A. There was severe resorption of alveolar bone and a large number of osteoclast,new cementoblast in the tension side of root surface in group B. Conclusion It was apparent that orthodontic therapy of periodontitis could not aggravate the destruction of alveolar bone.
