早期不同胰液引流方式对胰十二指肠切除术患者术后并发症的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的分析研究早期不同胰液引流方式对胰十二指肠切除术患者术后并发症的影响。方法抽取2013年3月至2016年5月在英德市人民医院接受胰十二指肠切除术的174例患者,根据引流方式的不同分为两组,各87例。对照组采用早期胰液内引流方式,观察组实施外引流方式。对比观察两组患者手术情况及术后并发症发生率。结果两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、综合费用比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为24.14%,低于对照组的39.08%(P<0.05)。结论早期胰液外引流有利于降低胰十二指肠切除术患者术后并发症发生率,具有一定临床价值,值得推广运用。
