摘要
目的评价光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)辅助治疗种植体周围炎的临床效果。方法选取40例种植体周围炎患者,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组给予龈下刮治、根面平整(SRP)辅助PDT治疗,对照组单纯进行SRP治疗。检查两组患者治疗前、治疗后1、3个月改良菌斑指数(m PLI)、种植体周袋深度(PPD)、改良龈沟出血指数(m SBI)和探诊出血(BOP)。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者各项临床指标均降低(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月,实验组PPD、m PLI和BOP的改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3个月,实验组BOP优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PDT联合SRP治疗种植体周围炎比单纯使用SRP获得的临床效果更好。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of photodynamic therapy( PDT) in the treatment of peri-implantitis.Methods 40 patients with peri-implantitis were included,randomly assigned to scaling and root planning assisted PDT( test group) and SRP( control group) respectively. Modified plaque index( m PLI),probing pocket depth( PPD),modified sulcus bleeding index( m SBI) and bleeding on probing( BOP) were recorded at baseline,1 and 3 months after therapy. Results All the clinical indexes decreased significantly in both groups after treatment( P<0. 05). PPD、m PLI and BOP indexes of patients in test group were improved better than those in control group after treatment for 1 month( P < 0. 05),and BOP was still lower in test group than in control group after treatment for 3 months( P< 0. 05).Conclusion PDT with SRP has a better clinical results than SRP on the treatment of peri-implantitis.
