摘要
声像档案是铁路建设项目档案的重要组成部分,是以最直接的方式反映出载体的内容,直观的反映铁路建设项目实施过程中某个重要节点、重要环节、重大事件及工程实施过程中的特殊部位、隐蔽部位的真实面貌。本文基于铁路建设中的实际情况、实际存在的问题和基础研究,试图建立了一套完整的声像档案管理系统,以满足新形势下铁路建设项目声像档案的管理与利用。
the acoustic image file is an important part of railway construction project files, is the most di- rect way to reflect the content of the carrier, intuitive reflect an important node in the process of railway construction project and the project implementation process, the important link, important events in the real appearance of special parts and hidden parts. This article is based on the actual situation of railway con- struction, the actual problems and basic research, trying to set up a complete set of audio-visual archives management system, in order to meet the new situation of railway construction project management and uti- lization of audio-visual archives.
