摘要
针对手机盖板超薄玻璃在强化后多点落球测试时,钢球在玻璃上的着力点容易偏移、定位不准确,导致数据测试结果不可靠的特点,通过设计将电磁铁、激光红外线与定位装置的合理配合,利用高精度CNC精雕机加工电木板治具,实现对盖板玻璃的落球跌落试验准确定位。
When the multi-drop ball test is made on the mobile phone ultra-thin glass cover after being strengthened, the steel ball on the glass point is easy to shift and cannot be accurately positioned, which leads to unreliability of the test data. Through designing the electromagnet and laser infrared to rationally cooperate with the positioning device, the high precision CNC carved machine is used to process the electric planking tool, so as to realize the accurate positioning of the cover glass multi-drop ball test.
