摘要
不确定性因素为电力系统发电计划问题带来了新的挑战。鲁棒优化因其独特的优势而成为不确定性电力系统发电计划的研究的主流方法之一。该文对鲁棒优化理论在电力系统发电计划中的应用情况进行综述。首先,总结了发电计划问题的不确定性及现有的应对不确定性的方法。其次,简要介绍鲁棒优化的基本理论。然后,介绍鲁棒优化理论在发电计划中的应用实例,阐述了计及节点注入功率不确定性、故障不确定性、市场因素不确定性3类典型不确定性的鲁棒发电计划问题。最后,指出了当前基于鲁棒优化的发电计划研究中有待解决的问题及研究方向。
Uncertainty has brought new challenges to the generation scheduling in power systems. Robust optimization has become one of the mainstream approaches for research on generation scheduling under uncertainty due to its unique advantages. The paper reviewed the application of robust optimization for generation scheduling in power systems. First, the uncertainties in generation scheduling problems and the existing approaches for handling uncertainties were summarized. Second, the theoretical foundation of robust optimization was briefly illustrated. Third, the application examples of the robust optimization in generation scheduling was described, and the robust scheduling problems considering three kind of typical uncertainties, including net injection uncertainty, contingency uncertainty and market uncertainty, were presented. Finally, key problems to be investigated and lines of future research for the robust generation scheduling were discussed.
