摘要
在现代工业生产中,冲压模具的使用是比较普遍的。压力机的成本受到冲压模具寿命长短的影响是非常大的。在进行模具的制造、生产和应用过程中,低成本和高性价比一直是公司不断追求的目标。企业希望能够通过各种办法帮助降低产品成本,提高模具寿命。虽然影响模具寿命的因素很多,但是模具设计、选材、制造工艺等因素是主要产生影响的方面,文章就阐述如何通过改进这些方面从而提高模具的使用寿命。
