摘要
随着市场竞争的日益激烈,国有企业改革已迫在眉睫,其中,企业的员工培训改革又是重中之重。文章从员工培训的三个阶段:培训前期准备阶段、培训设计实施阶段和培训评估反馈阶段出发,分析了国有企业员工培训存在的问题,并针对性地对如何解决这些问题提出了建议。
With the increasingly fierce market competition,the reform of state-owned enterprises is imminent, and the staff training reform is the most important.This paper started form the three stages of employee training which contain training preparation stage,designed implementation stage and evaluation feedback stage,analyzed the problems existing in the state-owned enterprises staff training, and put forward some suggestions aiming to how to solve these problems.
