摘要
在钢结构工件焊接过程中,由于外形、尺寸、焊接位置等多种因素的影响,会出现焊件变形、焊缝缺陷等很多的问题。文章根据钢结构焊接过程中常见问题和问题产生的原因进行了阐述,结合工作经验和加工的实际情况提出相应的预防措施和解决方法,为钢结构焊接质量的提高提供了理论指导。
In the process of steel structure workpiece welding,there will be welding pieces deformation,weld defect and many other problems due to shape,size,welding position and other factors. According to the common problem and problem in the welding process of steel structure,it put forward the corresponding preventive measure and solution according to the working experience and the actual situation of the processing,which provided theoretical guidance for the improvement of the welding quality of the steel structure.
