摘要
主要介绍的就是普通的填充柱色谱和毛细管柱色谱在实际应用过程中的异同,气相色谱仪是白酒分析中的重要仪器,可分为填充柱色谱和毛细管柱色谱,目前两种色谱柱均可以用来进行白酒成分的分析,针对酒样的分析情况,可以自主选择色谱柱的种类填充柱色谱可以分析出白酒中的16种色谱骨架成分,基本能满足白酒成分的日常分析;而毛细管柱色谱分离性能比较强大,可以同时分离几十种白酒成分,但是分离时间比较长,实验成本相对较高,所以酒厂可以根据实际成产需要选择合适的气相色谱仪。
The similarities and differences between ordinary packed column chromatograph and capillary column chromatograph in the practical application were mainly introduced. Gas chromatographs are important instruments in liquor analysis which can be divided into packed column chromatograph and capillary column chromatograph. Currently, these two kinds of chromatograph can be both used to carry out the analysis of liquor components. For packed column chromatograph, the types of column can be selected according to the liquor samples and 16 kinds of skeleton components can be analyzed meeting the requirement of daily analysis of liquor components basically. For capillary column chromatography, the separation performance is relatively strong with dozens of liquor components being separated in the same time, but the separation time is relatively long and the experimental cost is relatively high. Therefore, the distillery can choose the gas chromatograph according to the practical production.
