摘要
结合储物箱盒盖塑料产品侧边脱模时需要在相互垂直的2个方向进行脱模的思路,设计了一种应用于水平和垂直组合脱模要求的机械式自动化抽芯机构,机构充分应用T型槽联结驱动和斜导柱驱动滑块抽芯机构相结合的设计原理,以及斜角驱动的几何原理,在机构静力及运动设计分析基础上,首先通过楔紧块与零件间的T型槽联结,驱动竖直抽芯滑块完成竖直方向的脱模,然后由斜导柱驱动侧面抽芯主滑块完成产品整个侧面方面的脱模。机构设计新颖,稳定可靠,制造方便,能实现塑件的自动注塑生产,具有广泛的用途。
The cover product of a storage box was formed by injection molding,which would be needed to be demoulded on its side wall where there were two characteristics which the demould directions perpendicular to each other. A mechanical automation core pulling mechanism was designed to apply for the needs of the horizontal/vertical combination demoulding. The design principle of the combination of the T type slot connection drive with the oblique guide column driven slider core pulling mechanism, also the geometrical principle of driving angle pine, were used fully. On the basis of static and kinematic design, first of all,the wedge block that was connected with the T groove of the parts was used to drive the vertical core pulling slider to complete the vertical direction demoulding, and then the main side slider was driven by the oblique guide pin to complete the whole side of the wall' s demoulding. The mechanism was novel, stable and reliable, and could realize the automatic injection molding of plastic parts,and had wide application.
