摘要
目的探讨集束化营养护理干预对食管癌放疗患者的影响。方法选择我院于2015年1~12月就诊的食管癌放疗患者105例,随机分为观察组53例及对照组52例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用集束化营养护理干预,评估两组护理干预前后的营养指标,评估生活质量,并比较两组干预后不良反应缓解率。结果 (1)干预后两组患者Hb、ALB、PA、TLC都升高,观察组干预后上升程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)干预后两组患者生活质量与干预前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)干预后观察组不良反应缓解率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对食管癌放疗患者采用集束化营养护理干预,可提高营养状况及生活质量,提高不良反应缓解率。
Objective To explore the effect of cluster nutrition nursing intervention on radiotherapy of esophageal cancer patients. Methods 105 cases of esophageal cancer radiotherapy were selected from January to December 2015,the cases were randomly divided into observation group(53 cases) and control group (52 cases).The control group was treated by routine nursing, on the basis,the observation group was given cluster nutrition nursing intervention. Nutritional indicators and life quality of both groups before and after intervention were assessed.The remission rate of adverse reactions after intervention were compared. Results (1)After intervention,the levels of Hb,ALB,PA and TLC in the two groups were both higher than before,the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was significant(P 〈 O.05).(2)Compared with the life quality of the two groups,before and after intervention,there was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05).The observation group was better than the control group(P 〈 0.05).(3)After intervention,the remission rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,there was significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Cluster nutrition nursing intervention can improve the nutritional status,life quality and the rate of adverse reactions in the care of esophageal cancer patients.
