摘要 建立了三唑磷在甘薯及甘薯植株的残留分析方法。样品经乙腈提取,分散固相萃取(d-SPE)净化后用超高效液相色谱-质谱联用仪检测。结果表明,在0.002~0.2mg/kg添加水平范围内,三唑磷的平均添加回收率在81.5%~97.4%之间,相对标准偏差在2.0%~4.4%之间,其灵敏度、回收率和精密度均符合农药残留试验准则要求。 An analytical method was developed to and plants samples. The sample was extracted with determine residue of triazophos in sweet potato acetonitrile and purified by d -SPE and determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC - MS/MS. The results showed that the average recoveries of propylenethiourea were 81.5% - 97.4% when spiked at 0. 002 - 0. 2mg/kg with relative standard deviations of 2.0% - 4.4%. The method is sensitive, accurate and precise enough for pesticide residue analysis.
