摘要
总高度530m的天津周大福金融中心塔楼采用带陡斜撑和环带桁架的钢管(型钢)混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,存在超高、局部楼板不连续、竖向不规则等超限情况。通过采用SATWE和ETABS软件对结构进行了整体计算和弹性时程分析,采用ABAQUS软件进行了大震下动力弹塑性时程分析。根据概念设计和分析计算结果对关键构件和重要部位进行加强,并对关键构件进行了中震和大震下的性能化设计。结果表明,结构各项指标均满足规范要求,预设的性能目标均可达到,该结构设计安全可靠、经济合理,该结构体系、加强措施以及节点构造可供类似工程参考。
The Tianjin CTF Finance Center Tower is 530 min height.It has CFST(SRC)frame-core tube structural system with steep brace and belt truss.The tower is complicated due to its super height,discontinuity of local slab,and irregularity in vertical direction.The overall calculation and elastic time-history analysis have been conducted using SATWE and ETABS software.And the dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis in rare earthquake situation is also analyzed using ABAQUS software.Based on the results and concept design,the critical structural elements and locations are strengthened,and the performance-based design in moderate and rare earthquake situation is adopted for critical structural elements.The results show that all indexes meet the code requirements,and performance targets can be achieved.Also the safety,reliability,economy and rationality of structure are verified.The structure system,strengthening measures and joint details of this tower can provide a reference for similar projects.
