摘要
国家会展中心E1单体,地上7层,地下1层。由于地铁从其中心穿过,地下室被地铁线路一分为二,上部结构的最大转换跨度为117m,转换区域存在的弯矩、扭矩与剪力使得结构的受力极为复杂,设计难度大。经过方案比选,结构设计采用了带屈曲约束钢板墙的框架-支撑筒体结构,通过巨型的转换箱形曲梁实现大跨度跨越地铁,采用轻骨料混凝土减小了转换区域的荷载。由于施工期间,地铁需保持正常运营,结构设计与施工采取了多项措施来满足地铁运行的维护保养要求;采用整体结构的缩尺静力荷载试验验证了结构设计的可靠性。
The E1 part of National Exhibition and Convention Center is 43 mhigh with seven stories aboveground and one story basement.The subway line goes through the basement of the building,and separates the basement into two parts.The upper stories above the subway station have to be transferred,and the maximum transfer span is about 117 meters.Due to the complicated force transfer combining bending moment,torque and shear,braced frame tubes with buckling restrained steel plate wall are used.The large-span structure over subway is supported by mega curved crossbox steel truss.Light-weight concrete is used to reduce the transferred weight.Detailed measures in design and construction are taken to ensure the normal operation of the subway.Static load test of overall structure in reduced scale is carried out to verify the structural integrity and safety.
