摘要
广义的＂党内政治文化＂主要由党内政治制度文化和党内政治精神文化构成。狭义的＂党内政治文化＂专指党内政治精神文化,重点是指＂党内政治思想文化＂。当前加强党内政治文化建设是时代发展的迫切需要,是全面从严治党的迫切要求,必须把加强党内政治文化建设摆上议事日程,摆到十分重要的位置上。建设良好的党内政治文化,一是在弘扬革命优良传统文化基础上不断创新,二是坚持思想建党和制度治党相结合,三是坚定不移地坚持以马克思主义为指导和以社会主义核心价值观为导向,四是坚持不懈地抵制和批判党内消极政治文化。
＂ Intra - Party political culture＂ in a broad sense, consists of cultures of political institutions and po- litical spirit in the Party, while in a narrow sense, it refers specifically to the latter, focusing on the political ideolo- gy and culture. Strengthening political cuhural building in the Party is out of the urgent need of the times, and also the urgent call of the Party for strict self - governance in every respect, therefore, should be put on the agenda and be given great importance. To foster a sound political culture in the Party, it is imperative to bear in mind the fol- lowing four points： First, innovate constantly on the basis of promoting fine revolutionary traditions and cultures; Second, incorporate ideological building with institutional building within the Party; Third, adhere to Marxism as its guidance and core socialist values as its orientation; Fourth, resist and refute negative political culture in the Party.
