摘要
通过研究锻态12%Cr超超临界转子钢在不同加热温度和不同保温时间下的奥氏体化过程,并利用线性回归法和Arrhenius模型对奥氏体晶粒长大行为进行分析。结果表明:当奥氏体化温度为1050℃时,晶粒长大缓慢,保温时间对晶粒长大影响不显著;1050~1100℃温度区间内,加热温度对晶粒长大的影响明显高于保温时间;1100~1250℃温度区间内,晶粒长大主要受保温时间的影响。拟合试验结果,得到了锻态12%Cr超超临界转子钢的奥氏体晶粒长大动力学方程。
The austenitization of forged 12% Cr ultra-supercritical rotor steel at various heating temperatures and holding time was investigated,and the austenite grain growth behavior was analyzed by linear regression analysis and Arrhenius model. The results show that the grain grows very slowly and the holding time has no significant influence on grain growth when the austenitizing temperature is 1050 ℃.When the steel treated at 1050-1100 ℃,the effect of heating temperature on grain growth significantly is greater than that of the holding time. In the temperature region of 1100-1250 ℃,the austenite grain growth is mainly affected by the holding time. The kinetic equation of austenite grain growth for the steel is obtained by fitting the experimental results.
