摘要
教师是实施儿童保护及性健康教育的重要师源性因素,其性教育素养不足将直接影响儿童性安全意识与能力的养成。通过自编问卷对成都市部分区县小学教师性教育素养调查发现,性教育意识薄弱,知识缺乏,能力欠缺等师源性问题明显,因此,建议通过加强教师职前职后培训;大胆开展性教育;加强师生沟通与家校联系;建立并完善相关机制等路径提高教师性教育素养,促进青少年儿童健康成长。
The teacher is the source of implementation of children protection and sexual health education, whose lack in such kind of knowledge will directly affect children ' s consciousness of sexual safety and the cultivation of their related abilities. Based on the survey of a self-made questionnaire about the accomplishment of sex education of teachers from some primary schools in Chengdu, it shows that they have never paid attention to sex education and they nearly know nothing about it, which means they are not able to teach students on such an important subject. Therefore, training is a must, and some methods should be put into effect, such as popularizing sex education, strengthening the communication among teachers, students and parents, establishing and perfecting the related mechanism to improve teachers' sex education attainment to promote the healthy growth of children and teenagers, etc.
