Sonicfill声波树脂充填技术修复后牙邻合面深龋的疗效分析

摘要 目的分析Sonicfill声波树脂充填技术修复后牙邻合面深龋的疗效。方法选择有2颗磨牙发生邻合面深龋患者97例,共194颗患牙,采用自体对照法随机选择患者的其中1颗深龋患牙为试验组,另外1颗为对照组。深龋做常规去龋,备Ⅱ类洞,氢氧化钙间接盖髓后玻璃离子垫底,对照组用Z350树脂常规分层技术充填,试验组用Soniefill声波树脂1次充填,分别在术后6个月、1年复查充填效果,比较两组成功率。结果治疗6个月后复查,成功率对照组为92.8%,试验组为94.8%;治疗1年后复查,成功率对照组为87.6%,试验组为92.8%。治疗6个月和1年后成功率试验组均高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论Soniefill声波树脂充填技术修复后牙邻合面深龋能取得较好效果,且操作简便、患者就诊舒适度高,可为临床医生做后牙深龋充填时更优的选择。
