摘要
以甘肃道地中药材黄芪(Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bunge.)为对象,通过室内培养试验,研究不同浓度的橄榄油加工废弃液对黄芪种子萌发、幼苗生长以及生理特性的影响,为探究橄榄油加工废弃液污染对黄芪品质的影响提供依据。结果表明,低浓度的橄榄油加工废弃液能显著促进黄芪种子萌发和幼苗生长,随着浓度的升高,种子萌发率显著降低,幼苗生长受阻,叶片中SOD、POD、CAT活性先升后降,幼苗叶片中脯氨酸、可溶性糖和丙二醛含量随废弃物浓度升高而升高。
A sand culture experiment was conducted to study the effects of the different concentrations of olive oil processing liquid wastes stress on the germination and Seedling growth,osmotica accumulation and active oxygen metabolism of Milkvetch Root authentic Chinese herbal medicine. The results showed that the low concentrations of olive oil processing liquid wastes stress to increase the seeds germination and seedling growth significantly,and the another high inhibition was aggravated with increasing concentration of olive oil processing liquid wastes stressed,with increasing of olive oil processing liquid wastes concentration,the germination percentage decreased insignificantly,and seedling growth was restricted,the activities of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase decreased after an initial increase. The leaf contents of glutathione and ascorbic acid decreased markedly.the leaf proline,the soluble sugar and malonaldehyde contents had a significant increase with the increasing concentration of olive oil processing liquid wastes.
