摘要
新型城镇化"遭遇"老龄化使得农村老年人的养老问题面临着愈发复杂的局面,并出现一些特殊问题。住在地下室的农村老年人是新型城镇化进程中所产生的特殊社会群体,他们所面临的养老困境既有普遍性亦兼特殊性。关注新型城镇化进程中出现的农村老年人住地下室这一特殊现象,以山东省临沂市C社区为个案进行研究,发现住地下室农村老年人面临着生计、生活、制度和精神四个层面的养老困境,并从社区、家庭、个体三个层面全面解读了养老困境发生机制,最后提出构建多元化养老途径的应对策略。
The new-type urbanization ＂encounter＂ aging causes the rural aged population faced with more complicated situation and some special problems.The rural elders living in the basement are the special social groups during the process of new-type urbanization,and they are faced with both the universality and particularity of the plight in old-age life.Pay attention to the special phenomenon of the rural elders living in the basement,and based on the case study of C Community in Linyi City of Shandong Province,the authors find that the plight in old-aged of the rural elders who living in the basement including such four layers as live hood,living,system and spirit;and expound comprehensively the generating mechanism of the rural old-age plight including such three layers as community,family and individuality;and finally put forward the coping strategies by building diversified old-age service system.
