摘要
将普通小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)培养于50%的养猪场废水中,分析小球藻在最佳生长条件下对养猪场废水的净化能力和相应的生物质成分。研究结果显示,普通小球藻在养猪场废水中生长16 d后,细胞浓度达到3×10~7cells/m L,废水中BOD^5、COD、TN、TP分别下降95%、89%、87%和93%。普通小球藻生物质含约33%粗蛋白和28%粗脂肪,其生物质油脂脂肪酸中主要含棕榈酸、顺式-7,10-十六碳烯酸、亚油酸、α-亚麻酸。经养猪场废水的培养降低了微藻脂肪酸的不饱和指数,即普通小球藻可同时作为净化养猪场废水和生物质累积并进一步用于生物柴油的生产。
Chlorella vulgaris was used to grow in the wastewater diluted into 50% from pig barns, theability of the Chlorella to purify the pig-barn wastewater and the biomass composition were analyzedunder the optimum growth condition. The results indicated that the concentration of BOD5, COD, TN andTP in wastewater decreased by 95%, 89%, 87% and 89% respectively, after growth of 16 days in pig-barn wastewater with Chlorella concentration of 3×107 cells/m L. The algae biomass contains around 33%crude protein and 28% crude fat, with biomass fatty acids mainly containing palmitic acid, cis-7,10-hexadecenoic acid, linoleic acid, α-linen acid. The culture of microalgae in pig-barn wastewater reducedthe unsaturated index of fatty acid, which indicated that Chlorella could be used for purifying pig-barnwastewater and biomass accumulation, which is further for the production of biodiesel.
