摘要
国内警务英语ESP研究的数据来源主要是国内四种核心期刊和公安类院校学报,经过三次检索整理出与ESP教学和警务英语相关的论文共32篇,从中得出国内警务英语ESP研究总体呈上升趋势,研究内容则集中在理论研究、教学改革与发展、课程研究、教学理论及语言学理论等五个方面,发现研究理论体系不完整、缺乏实证性研究和相关理论支撑。
ESP research data sources on police service English in China are primarily from four domestic core journals and journals of police academies. By 3 on-line retrievals, we sort out 32 papers on ESP teaching and police service English, from which, we find that the nuuber of domestic ESP research on police service English, is, as a whole, on the rise. Research contents focus on theoretical research, teaching reform and development, curriculum research, teaching theory and linguistic theory. The research theory system is very incomplete with inadequateempirical research and theoretical supports.
